1. General

Morigaru Style is a Hong Kong-based handmade jewellery brand specialising in handcrafted and custom-designed jewellery.

By using this website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Information

All products are handcrafted.

Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations in colour, texture, size and finishing may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Orders

An order is only confirmed after payment has been successfully received.

Morigaru Style reserves the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if unforeseen circumstances affect production.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on the customer's story, ideas and preferences.

Our custom design service is a collaborative creative process rather than a replica service. Reference images are used to understand the customer's preferred style and direction only.

Once the design direction has been confirmed and production has begun, major design changes may require additional production time or charges.

If both parties are unable to reach a mutual understanding during the design stage, Morigaru Style reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
