Each piece is carefully handcrafted and packed with care. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders for ready-to-ship items are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom Orders

Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design.

An estimated production timeline will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before production begins.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Hong Kong and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted postal or courier services.

A tracking number will be provided whenever available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.

Orders over HKD 800 qualify for free local shipping.

5. Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are beyond our control.

Morigaru Style is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

6. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their local authorities.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Morigaru Style is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to assist you in communicating with the shipping carrier.
